Lincoln Park Residence

This successful couple who were expecting twins, sought to create a new home for their growing family. An emphasis on a sophisticated yet casual lifestyle that supported their ever changing needs was the goal for this client.

Open flowing spaces comprise the first floor arranged for varying degrees of entertaining, from formal dinners to casual get togethers. These spaces open onto a raised patio, rooftop deck and a beautifully manicured garden.

The second and third floors are dedicated to more intimate family spaces; bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a library/study, and a family/game room with a rooftop patio.

The basement level is dedicated to a wine tasting room, children’s playroom, a fitness room with ensuite bathroom and a home office.

All of these spaces are joined by a grand staircase with a three story bookcase to house this client’s extensive book and Pre-Columbian art collections.
